AFS techniques can take a simple exercise like a lunge and provide endless modifications that work different areas of the body to keep it guessing. These workouts a provide a fresh look every time you are here and keeps the body constantly learning and adapting, which in turn allows you to burn more calories and become more functional.
Typical sessions utilize circuit formats with varying work/rest ratios. This format allows you to get a great cardio workout while still providing an ample strength workout. In addition, anaerobic intervals are utilized to provide all of the health benefits of high intensity training. These work/rest ratios and intervals are all relative to you and your capabilities, so you never have to worry about being pushed past your own level. You will leave the workout feeling refreshed, more mobile, and energized for the rest of your day.
