Visit MpowerD for a guided meditation class. We offer a sixty minute meditation class with all the props you'll need to find your most comfortable seated pose.
Meditation provides an array of benefits including increased attention span, improved sleep, and relaxation (read below for more details). Your MpowerD meditation class will include offerings of the different styles of meditation- in order to help you explore one that best suits your needs. Pranayama or breathing exercises will be offered during this practice. your teacher will cater years of personal experience and training to create to assist you in discovering your inner peace.
