Our concept about creating a strong, flexible. and powerful core starts with FIRST DO NO HARM! Historically, exercises attempting to create core strength have caused low back pain, sprained sacroiliac joints, and even herniated discs in the lumbar and cervical spine. We use safe movement that can range from challenging to extremely challenging and have created dozens of series of movements to target all parts of the core, not just the washboard muscles.
