Easy 5 Pose Yoga is a sixty minute practice for people who have joint replacements, neurological deficits in limbs, or any other reasons that someone thinks a simple 5 pose class with safety modifications for their issues will help them. This class also includes a focus on pranayama or breathing exercises, asana or yoga postures, and deep relaxation.
If you are new to yoga you are perfect for this class! Holly's background and experience provide ALL students with a wonderful foundation for a yoga practice to help restore you to your best self.
